From experience, I also found that the trick to getting and staying fit is to keep going. I will help you do that by working with you to find out what suits you best. I really appreciate the time you’re giving me, so I’m going to make sure that you get what you need out of every session.

My name is Telecia Johnson, and I would be honored to become your personal trainer. My method to fitness is built on growth and change, and that’s the fuel we’re going to use to keep you going throughout our sessions.
